Most people at this time of year begin to feel the chill of the wind in their bones. If you have Fibromyalgia (FMS) or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS or ME/CFS), it may feel more like a threatening invader is getting ready to pounce on the bit of health you still enjoy.
What can you do to guard yourself against the ravages of oncoming winter? And at the same time... have a little fun with what you purchase for yourself and as holiday presents?
If you're like me, I like to take the easy way out. I love to get recommendations of good products and I love to shop from home. I truly hate the shopping malls.
That sentiment may have started when going to the mall felt more like walking into a torture chamber, i.e. the excruciating muscle pain, the body-deadening fatigue, a low grade fever, an elevation of stress hormones circulating in my body, etc.
Now I stay away because shopping malls are a time-waster and they rob my precious supply of energy... plus, I can control my spending better if I make purchases from home.
Tomorrow I will introduce you to my fantastic new Young Living website. I'll mention some of the products that I count on to keep me healthy and vibrant, both ones I've used for years and some fantastic new ones.
Check out the Health Matters Show tomorrow to get some health, wellness and holiday gift ideas. You'll find them helpful.
Let's talk soon,
