Why, What, When and How.
For 3 days we've been delving into some really big health questions. You've been working to determine the question-and-answers' meaning in your life and the overall significance of being ill.
Each of the questions is important, but Question #4, How?, may be the most important one yet.
How did you get sick?
I'm asking this question knowing that you probably have a big lump in your throat because some part of you realizes that you really need to understand "how" you got so terribly ill. You need to address the issues that come with this realization before you will enjoy long term, good health again.
Medical science hasn't come up with the answers. (Some of the really smart doctors, therapists and scientists have figured out that much of these illnesses can be directly attributed to the patient (you) experiencing life traumas, but that's as far as the process has gone.)
Today, I'm challenging you to work on your own personal issues.
Okay. I'll go ahead and say it...
You are responsible for your own health.
If you live mindfully and purposefully and answer the big how question now, the answers that come from your higher self may be the best keys in showing you how to obtain and keep long term, good quality health.
Now, bite your proverbial lip. Dig even deeper and figure out how this could have happened to you!
- Were you functioning on auto-pilot and basically being oblivious to your body and the stresses you were experiencing at the time?
- Were you living non-consciously and paying little attention to what should have been the most important things in your life?
If you were, it's time to make a change and, thankfully, it's not too late. Being and living consciously is something you still can accomplish and make work for you.
Please stay tuned tomorrow to the Health Matters Show where I will wrap up all of this for you in a nice bundle. What you have been doing is hard work and you deserve to pat yourself on the back for making it this far. Don't miss dessert on Friday at 3 pm EST!
Thank you, Cinda Crawford, host of the Health Matters Show, where people with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome get ideas, tips and strategies to empower their own health.
