The third big question in this series of figuring out your illness is when did you get ill with Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?
When did your health turn the corner?
(And why is when so important?)
We are all obsessed with time and accomplishments. If not, why do we feel so robbed by these illnesses? We can't get on with our lives. We can't love and work like we want to. We don't enjoy living. We don't feel well enough to even try....
"When" is a time-relative word. Think back to the early days of "when" your life and health began to turn and jet off into outer space like a comet gone awry.
Jot down a few notes about: What were your?
- occurrences,
- pressures,
- events,
- desires and
- disappointments.
Determine when the problems arose and if there is a meaning to the timing (when) of them occurring in your life at that time?
Sometimes "when" is as important an element in a situation as any other factor. Life happens by the millisecond, including illness.
Make this moment for you count today and determine the answer to this question on a personal level. Make a list of these possible "when" events in your life.
And keep handy all of the lists that you've been working on. The last Question #4 comes up tomorrow!
