Sadness and Depression: What You Can Do When You Find Yourself Being Down

Being down can be more than the lines of a song. Being down can describe your general state of health and, maybe even, your mental outlook.

You may go through rough times if you have long term Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and you're not getting well.

Listen to this 7 minutes 45 seconds audio and see if you get some tips for dealing with being down and depression.

Should you naturally assume that you're depressed? Please don't. There may be other factors involved with your illness. Having actual clinical depression may or may not be one of them.

Learn more about the issue and, if you still feel blue, contact a medical or psychiatric professional to help you handle this potentially serious health problem.
