You may be looking into various ways to bring your weight down and, if you believe that you need to be a bit smaller, there's nothing wrong with looking, planning and implementing a logical strategy to encourage your body and weight to go in that direction.
Just don't blindly go running off into the night and... (gasp)... diet. (It is a four letter word!)
Approach losing weight and getting healthier like any other task. Go about it in a healthy fashion, like making sure your Thyroid gland is functioning optimally, getting a bit more exercise and watching what you eat and drink.
I heard recently that 3 ten minute workouts are better for you than one thirty minute one and that makes sense (and more do-able for us people recovering from Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).
If you work out only once per day, your metabolism gets a single boost, but then the effect dwindles throughout the rest of the day.
If you work out three times per day, 10 minutes each time and logically with several hours in between sessions, your metabolism will stay at a higher level and thus burn more calories during your whole day.
Whatever you do, don't jump on the first "Lose Weight Quick" scheme that comes along. Such as the one at Wu Yi Source.
Granted, some tea might be good for you and, yes, it might aid your metabolism a bit here and there. (Remember Oprah's green tea diet trick?)
BUT, read and study well any diet protocol that you intend to follow. What you do needs to make sense from a metabolic standpoint, be safe for your body and should not cost you a fortune. "Wu Yi" tea probably does not fall into that category as a single strategy (and if bought from the website listed above.)
In doing research for this post on the Internet, I came across a frank discussion, The Truth about Wu-Yi Tea. This tea supposedly originates from a certain region of China. It is not expensive and not terribly exclusive. If you want to drink Wu-Yi tea, visit your local Chinese/ oriental market and buy the inexpensive way... not at $59.95 a month or $25+ a box from the Wu-Yi website!
Note: If you can't find Wu-Yi Tea at your local oriental market, you surely can find green tea or a nice Oohlong variety most anywhere-- even the grocery store! Either variety may work just as well, maybe better and they won't drain your pocketbook.
Happy shopping and may you have a great and glorious day working on your health,
