Prayers of Healing on Deaf Ears - Part 1 of 3

Do not presume that your prayers are not answered, because they are. It is up to you to receive and listen.

(Quoted from Entering the Castle, an Inner Path to God and Your Soul by Caroline Myss.)

If you and I search our hearts, the issue we long to resolve the most is healing --- resulting in us enjoying healed bodies and healed lives. Like the thirst of a sandpaper throat longing for that first melodious drink of water. Or, the starving man who only feels satisfied when his soul is rewarded, too.

If you suffer with a chronic illness like Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, you probably want to understand why.

It's true for some people that the process of healing takes their whole lifetime to complete. It may be their life lesson. Some people never accomplish healing.

But you and I do want to heal, so we contemplate, pray and ask the hard questions. We seek guidance. We need to know the truth, no matter what it is. We need to be healed.

We plead for answers to help us understand. Finally, we come upon an unsettling discovery: we must go within. It's an absolutely necessary step, so we step gingerly into the scary, unsettling process of self-discovery.
------------------------

I leave you with that thought today, because each of us needs to decide how we feel about going within. No one is foolish enough to think that the process of self-discovery is easy; it's not. It is, however, very rewarding. If you can get past the fear (the only real reason not to do this), you have an excellent chance of finding new truths and finally healing.

As you start your inner search, grab a copy of either (a) Carolyn Myss's book, Entering the Castle, an Inner Path to God and Your Soul, (b) Karol Truman's, Feelings Buried Alive Never Die or (c) Louise Hay's You Can Heal Your Life to guide you. You can find any of these three books in the Cinda Recommend's section of the website and be immediately directed to your private login page at Amazon.com for easy, secure payment.

Now be sure to check back at the Health Matters Show on the following two Sundays for the remainder of this information. (The next date is August 10, 2008.) You'll discover more information about how to complete the process of Healing.
