If you suffer with memory problems and brain fog like most people with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, you have a common, but pesky symptom. Feeling as if you're slogging through muddy water in your brain is really frustrating.
I opened up my e-mail today and discovered Dr. Mercola's article on How to Improve Your Memory. He's amazing and always offers good data.
If you're tired of your memory being so bad and you can't remember what you're supposed to fix for dinner tonight or even how to drive to the grocery store to buy the fixings, try his suggestions.
I might also add, drink lots of good, filtered water. If you fill your system with all of the stuff coming out of your tap (including chlorine and fluoride), you're not doing yourself a favor. It's not that expensive these days to at least buy a filter for the kitchen faucet.
Bonus tip: Fill a glass jar full, bless your water and put it in the refrigerator. What a marvelous treat on a hot summer day!
