If we allow ourselves to think negatively, negative events are what we can expect. What we think becomes our reality through the natural process we'll call "self-creation."
Hint #1: Watch the thoughts that you "create" in your mind.
"We" play a major role in creating the thoughts in our minds. Turn away from the negative ones. This is not condemning... just words to the wise. It is possible to set ourselves up for poor health by maintaining negative thoughts and insisting that we're "sick."
What we think to be true, we manifest in our lives.
Hint #2: Turn away from this habit and turn towards thoughts of better health. Towards a happy, healthy life.
If we use our mind and intentions to create better health, we will manifest more positive results.
