When you're puttering around on empty and your energy level is nearly non-existent, the body and brain need real help. Such is the situation for many Chronic Fatigue Syndrome people. Your brain can't function is you don't have enough "energy" for your body.
Plus, it seems as if many things work against you such as sleep schedules and daily stress. What can you do to regularly have more available energy and get your body and life on track?
Well, the preferred answer is to get better and not to have to deal with such symptoms at all.... but, that's not feasible for everyone. Just because you want to have energy that you can use to think and work and play, doesn't make it so.
Here are some supplements that have worked for me. Research them for yourself and see if they sound like something that may help you.
1) Acetyl L Carnitine with Alpha Lipoc Acid helps to convert the food you eat to energy, plus it promotes antioxidant protection of your body. There's more that you can read about it at http://www.immunesupport.com. Put this term in their search engine and watch 31 articles pop up!
Even now that I feel much better and I consider myself healed from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, I still take it because it's such a marvelous product and provides me with regular, dependable energy.
2) You also may want to check out NADH which claims to improve cellular energy. (Hint: I think it does!)
Happy hunting and always check out supplements and the source that sells them carefully. You're spending your hard-earned money and you want it to count.
